2.The data we collect

• Reservation or quote request: first and last name, email, phone number, stay details, special requests and the site language you used.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• After your stay: we may use your email address to thank you and invite you to leave a Google review.
• Audience measurement (only with your consent): pages viewed, clicks on phone and WhatsApp links, reservation form submissions, device type and approximate country.

3.Why, and on what legal basis

• Processing your reservation or quote and sending you confirmations, changes and your reservation voucher: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Answering your messages and writing to you after your stay: our legitimate interest in providing customer service.
• Measuring site audience: your consent.

4.Cookies and audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It is loaded only after you accept through the cookie banner: without your consent no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. The cookies involved (_ga, _ga_*) last up to 2 years. We run no advertising and no ad personalisation. Your choice is asked again every 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of any page.

Other information is stored in your browser only to make the site work (chosen language, theme, remembering your cookie choice); it does not require consent.

5.Who receives your data?

We do not sell your data. Our technical providers process it on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend) and, with your consent, audience measurement (Google). Some are located outside the European Union or Morocco; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

6.How long do we keep it?

Reservation data is kept as long as needed to manage your stay, then for the periods required by law (accounting obligations in particular). Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

7.Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (for example the CNIL in France or the CNDP in Morocco).
